Our Story

The Mark III Motel, located at Carteret and Central Avenues, is within close walking distance of the beach, Casino Pier, boardwalk, sky ride, water park, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping, entertainment, weekly movies on the beach and nightlife. It also offers early check in for a moderate, additional charge. Ask about rooms that have balconies (upon request at additional charge). In addition to the 23 standard rooms, the motel also offers two, two-bedroom apartments. Free WiFi, free parking and swimming pool are available. We cater to visitors from Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York visiting Seaside Heights, Seaside Park, Point Pleasant, Toms River, and Atlantic City.
